Affiliation Program
Filme Rio - Rio Film Commission (FR-RFC) is signing technical cooperation agreements with the Rio de Janeiro State's cities through an Affiliation Program. This measure aims to promote and stimulate the audiovisual production in Rio de Janeiro State.
The FR-RFC will provide to the cities who sign the covenant all conditions to become prepared to serve as locations and scenarios of audiovisual works of any segments. The FR-RFC will provide a training course to explain the processes of filming to a person designated by the partner city ("Film Commissioner"). The city will also receive credential and certificate of membership, which will cost for the duration of the agreement. Furthermore, the FR-RFC will disclose the affiliated cities in international events, among other services.
